- You must claim McDVOICE survey rewards within 30 days of completing the McDVOICE survey.
- You must print the coded McDVOICE survey on your receipt before completing the McDVOICE survey.
- You can participate in the McDVOICE survey a maximum of 5 times a month.
- Only one coupon can be used at McDonald’s.
- Home delivery is not available through McDVOICE Rewards. You must be at the next McDonald’s within 30 days of your visit.
- If at any time you are dishonest in your responses, your participation will end immediately.
